  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • High-Demand Periods: During sales, holidays, or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

📦 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 8–20 business days after your order has been dispatched.

  • Note: Delivery timeframes do not include potential customs clearance delays or courier disruptions that may occur en route.

💲 Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Shipping Costs: We offer Premium Priority & Insured Shipping at no extra cost on all orders.

  • Import Duties & Local Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties charged by their country.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

  • During peak shipping seasons, tracking updates may be delayed, but your package is still en route.
