At HomeOfHype, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, our 30-day return policy is here to help you shop confidently and hassle-free.


🗓️ Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required to process any return.


💰 Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

  • If you changed your mind: For returns due to sizing issues, preference changes, or ordering errors, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us: Contact our support team at support@homeofhype.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for instructions: We’ll send return authorization and instructions once your request is approved.

  3. Send the item back: Please package the item securely with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


💳 Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank Processing Delays: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our return policy for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products and grooming tools

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous or flammable substances

  • Gift cards, sale, or clearance items

🇪🇺 For EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed. Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
